This man discovered the most sad and unbelievable sight when he saw a poor kitty forced to live outside, frozen to the ground and slowly dying – Luckily he arrived just in time!
The poor pitiful kitty would have died in just a few hours because the temperature was under -37! This amazing rescue was recorded and it will bring tears to your eyes…
